Job summary

Wasson Nursery is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to provide year-round management of a high-value client portfolio, including maintenance, enhancements, and client relations.

You will be the primary contact for assigned accounts, overseeing performance, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional service in both office and field settings across our Muncie and Fishers locations.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in account management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value accounts from contract through completion.
• Develop proposals, recommendations, and solutions for clients.
• Oversee account performance, budgeting, and profitability.
• Visit customer properties and job sites to monitor quality and communication.
• Drive growth through renewals, upselling, and new services.
