Job summary

Mountain View Landscapes & Lawncare, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for our Wilbraham landscape maintenance team. You will oversee operations, manage labor and equipment, and ensure client expectations are met with strong service delivery.

Qualifications

2+ years of landscape/horticulture industry experience.
Degree in a related field and/or professional certifications or licenses preferred.
Strong knowledge of horticulture practices preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Effectively managing labor and equipment to meet gross profit objectives.
Establishing and monitoring field labor guidelines.
Training, motivating, leading, and evaluating maintenance crew members.
Identifying weaknesses in operating policies and proposing corrective actions.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services and upsell to existing clients to support revenue growth.
Manage annual service contracts ensuring work meets client expectations and budget.
Participate in snow services production during winter season.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial landscaping clients.
