Stanley Martin Homes is seeking a Land Trainer to boost capabilities across Land Acquisition, Entitlement, and Development. You will translate real-world experiences into practical learning and work with SMEs and field leaders.

Travel up to 25% to support division, field, and project-based learning while building onboarding programs, coaching, and performance support that reflect the Stanley Martin Way.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Land Acquisition, Entitlement, or Development experience.
• Ability to translate complex land concepts into engaging learning materials.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to support training and field engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary subject matter contributor in at least one land discipline.
• Translate complex land concepts into instructor-led programs, simulations, and e-learning.
• Lead onboarding programs to accelerate readiness for Land team members.
• Coordinate training operations, scheduling, and LMS administration.
• Deliver engaging learning experiences across classroom, virtual, and field settings.
