Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community history, laws, and traditions.
• Records management principles for physical and electronic records.
• Document imaging procedures and TAAMS familiarity.
• Familiar with CFR Titles 25 and 43 and tribal laws.
• Land title documents and probate records knowledge.
• Confidentiality and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Scan, digitize, index, and quality control land title documents.
• Maintain physical and electronic trust land records.
• Operate microfiche readers and scanners for record preservation.
• Review scanned documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with recordation of Realty and Legal Instruments.
• Data entry and records maintenance in TAAMS and SRPMIC systems.
• Research land title records to support recordation and title work.
