Job summary

Responsibilities include analyzing title deficiencies, preparing cure recommendations, and coordinating with escrow professionals, lenders, real estate agents, and title companies to move transactions forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulations.
• Knowledge of Agua Caliente land base and BIA Residential Leases.
• Experience with escrow processes and title documentation.
• Strong documentation and administrative skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional partners (Escrow, Realtors, Lenders, Title Companies).

Responsibilities

• Research and identify title deficiencies and related issues.
• Prepare analyses and recommendations to cure deficiencies and unauthorized deeds of trust.
• Compile all necessary documentation to cure deficiencies.
• Provide administrative support to facilitate transactions.
• Collaborate with Escrow Community and title professionals as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
