Collaboration with escrow professionals, realtors, lenders and title companies is essential to ensure compliant resolutions. The role requires strong research, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Extensive research and analysis to identify title deficiencies and/or unauthorized deeds of trust.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations to cure deficiencies and/or unauthorized deeds of trust.
• Compile all necessary documentation to cure deficiencies.
• Provide administrative assistance to facilitate transactions.
• Work closely with the Escrow Community, Realtors, Lenders and Title Companies.
• Other duties as assigned.
