The position emphasizes CAD proficiency (AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation), quality checks, and collaboration with a Professional Land Surveyor to ensure accurate, projects meet specifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of land survey experience.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Knowledge of MicroStation (Inroads & GeoPak) is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Office-based with occasional field work.
• Projects include land development, site development, and public works.
• Draft survey projects in AutoCAD Civil3D or Bentley MicroStation.
• Create digital terrain models from survey data.
• Review and check work for quality control.
• Work under the supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor.
