Job summary

American Engineering is seeking a motivated Land Survey CAD Technician to support surveyors, engineers, and project teams. You will prepare accurate layouts, grading plans, utility plans, and as-built documentation for land development and construction projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with survey drawings are preferred. The role includes field verification, drafting, and collaboration with project managers to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD drafting for surveying, civil, or land development.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify survey and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Develop water, sewer, and drainage layouts for field crews.
• Maintain CAD files, project records, and drawing libraries.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards.
