As a Land Rover Service BDC Representative, you will play a crucial role in our service department. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule service appointments.

- Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and future maintenance needs.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Coordinate with the service team to ensure appointment scheduling efficiency.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.

- Assist in managing service-related marketing campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications:
