Key Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Service Advisor:

• Greet customers and assist with service needs, appointments, and vehicle concerns. Starting with internal and training to be customer facing.
• Clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for service work.
• Maintain strong communication with the service team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.

As a Service BDC Representative:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails to schedule service appointments.
• Confirm appointments and perform follow-up calls on missed/declined services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the service team to optimize scheduling and workflow.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service, customer service, or BDC preferred. But not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.
