Job summary

ERM is hiring a Consultant, Land Services Document Specialist to support electric transmission and distribution projects across the Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC regions. You will manage land rights documentation and ensure accuracy, compliance, and accessible records throughout the project lifecycle.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams to streamline workflows, track revisions, and support project teams, clients, and auditors while maintaining high standards of document management and

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years document control experience (3+ preferred).
• Experience with EDMS, cloud storage, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble land-right documents (easements, licenses, permits).
• Sort, label, and archive digital and paper files.
• Proofread for completeness, accuracy, and formatting; track revisions.
