Consultant, Land Services Document Specialist (Finance)
At ERM, we're looking for an experienced Consultant, Land Services Document Specialist to support electric transmission and distribution projects across the Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC areas. This is a key role that helps ensure complex project documentation is accurate, organized, compliant, and readily accessible throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you'll play an important part in supporting land rights, permitting, and real estate documentation that enables essential infrastructure projects to move forward efficiently and successfully.
Successful infrastructure projects depend on accurate, accessible, and well-managed documentation. As a Document Specialist, you will help maintain the integrity of critical project records while supporting project teams, clients, and stakeholders across multiple projects and geographic regions. Your attention to detail, organizational expertise, and commitment to quality will directly contribute to project execution, risk management, compliance, and client satisfaction.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for document control and records management, helping project teams maintain quality standards, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional client service. Your work will support efficient project delivery while ensuring that important project documents remain accurate, secure, and readily available when needed.
You will also contribute to ERM's culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, supporting project teams, and maintaining high standards of document management across every stage of project execution.
For the Consultant, Land Services Document Specialist position, the anticipated annual base pay is $77,700 –$96,600 ( USD) . Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
Note :Bonuses, commissions, and other forms of additional compensation are not guaranteed and subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures.
