Job summary

Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Consultant, Land Services Document Specialist to manage land rights documents across Richmond, VA and Charlotte, NC. You will prepare and assemble real estate instruments, maintain orderly records, and ensure accuracy for project teams and external auditors.

You’ll work with multiple departments, apply strict privacy and retention standards, and travel within a broad geographic area to support diverse infrastructure projects.

Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
