ERM is hiring Document Specialists in Richmond, VA/Raleigh and Charlotte, NC to support electric transmission and distribution project efforts. The document specialist manages, organizes, updates, and secures an organization's physical and digital files. They ensure all records remain accurate, properly formatted, easily retrievable, and compliant with legal or company retention policies. This is a full-time (40 hours a week) limited-term role with a duration of 12 months, extendable.
For the Document Specialist position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $68,640 - $84,577, $33.00/hr - $40.66/hr USD, limited-term, non-exempt. An employee's pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee's fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/Flexforce employees are NOT bonus eligible).
