Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking a Land Planning Manager to lead the land planning process for new communities in the Phoenix area.

You will conduct feasibility studies for land acquisitions, develop entitlement strategies, and coordinate engineering, budgets and approvals. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, with 3–5 years of related experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• 3–5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage land planning by completing feasibility studies for land acquisition due diligence.
• Develop entitlement strategies by obtaining entitlement and permit approvals.
• Coordinate engineering for projects and project budgets.
