Job summary

K. Hovnanian Companies, LLC is seeking an Entitlements Manager to lead land development entitlements, coordinate with city/county agencies and subcontractors, and secure approvals across multiple communities.

The role requires a four-year degree in a related field and at least three years of related experience. You will develop entitlement strategies, manage submissions and maintain project schedules, coordinating surveys, easements and bond exoneration while working with homeowners associations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Urban Planning, Construction or Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' related experience.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Manage entitlement processes for land development projects and coordinate with internal departments, city and county agencies, and subcontractors.
Develop entitlement strategies, submissions and presentations; obtain entitlement and permit approvals.
Prepare project schedules through permitting and ensure schedule compliance; coordinate land surveys, easements and surveys with engineers and surveyors.
Coordinate bond exoneration and liaise with homeowner associations to resolve project issues through closeout.
