Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university focusing on Business, Urban Planning, or Finance.
• 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entitlements for land development with internal departments, city and county government agencies, and subcontractors.
• Develop entitlement strategies, submissions and presentations as necessary.
• Obtain entitlement and permit approvals and manage permitting schedules.
