Job summary

K. Hovnanian® Homes in Phoenix seeks a Land Planning Manager to lead land planning, feasibility studies, and entitlement strategies for new communities. You will develop project budgets, coordinate engineering, and ensure timely delivery of design work for multiple projects.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture and 3–5 years of related experience, plus a valid driver's license. Travel around 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture.
• Three to five years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage land planning process and feasibility studies for land acquisition due diligence.
• Develop entitlement strategies and obtain entitlement and permit approvals.
• Develop project budgets and ensure timely engineering for projects.
• Coordinate amenity and landscaping designs.
