Responsibilities

• Manage entitlement processes and coordinate with government agencies.
• Develop entitlement strategies, submissions and presentations.
• Obtain entitlement and permit approvals for projects.
• Prepare project schedules and ensure schedule compliance.
• Coordinate land surveys, easements, and work with surveyors/engineers.
• Coordinate bond exoneration and HOA closeouts.
