Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, planning or construction management.
• At least 5 years of land development experience in progressively responsible positions.
• Must be fluent in the Request For Proposals (RFP) process to vendor/professional pool, negotiate, award and execute contracts.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.

• Lead and develop a team of land development professionals, including assignment of work and geographic territories.
