Job summary

K. Hovnanian® Homes in Phoenix seeks a Land Planning Manager to lead land planning, feasibility studies, and entitlement strategies for new communities. You will develop project budgets, coordinate engineering, and ensure timely delivery of design work for multiple projects.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture and 3–5 years of related experience, plus a valid driver's license. Travel around 10% is expected.

To join our team in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree from four-year college or university focusing on Urban Planning, Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture; three to five years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
