Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Senior Land Analyst in Charlotte, NC to partner with senior leadership on sourcing, market studies, and feasibility analyses for land acquisitions. You will build financial models, manage end-to-end feasibility, and support corporate decision-making.

The role involves leading a team of land analysts, performing market assessments, and coordinating with Entitlements and planning teams to optimize community portfolios. Strong Excel and financial analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of related real estate, land acquisition, or financial analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of real estate and residential land use; local market knowledge is beneficial.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; mapping applications knowledge recommended.
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, sources and uses of funds, and related distribution projections.
• Own the end-to-end financial feasibility analysis for acquisitions opportunities.
• Prepare underwriting pro formas and related financial documentation for assets.
• Perform asset sales pricing analysis and formulate financial deal points.
• Recommend price and participation structures, escalations, and payment schedules.
• Maintain a computerized financial proforma model for community planning purposes.
• Serve as primary contact between Division and Corporate Finance for financial analyses.
• Lead and mentor land analysts and guide market analysis and modeling databases.
