Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst to perform key financial analyses for quarterly and annual division plans, and to assist with acquisition feasibility and proformas for new communities.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years’ experience, with strong Excel skills and real estate knowledge. Regular in-person work at community sites is expected, with opportunities to contribute to strategic planning and market assessments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use; local knowledge is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans, summarizing performance.
• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, cash flow, break-even, cost-of-sales, ROI analyses.
• Assist in financial feasibility for acquisitions opportunities.
• Prepare underwriting proformas and financial documentation for assets.
• Analyze disposition opportunities; determine pricing structures and terms.
• Develop and maintain a computerized proforma model for community planning.
• Collaborate with management to model alternative business plans.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to strategies and procedures.
• Maintain a market analysis database for project feasibility.
• Visit sites to understand competitive pricing and features.
