Roc Search is partnering with a leading Austin land development firm to recruit a Civil Project Manager. The role oversees projects from concept through construction, manages client relationships, and coordinates with agencies.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Civil Engineering with a Texas PE, 6–10+ years in land development, and strong Civil 3D skills. This position offers growth as the company scales, with a path to leadership.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering with PE (Texas preferred).
• 6–10+ years in land development or site civil.
• Strong grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting experience.
• Proficient in Civil 3D.
• Experience as a Consulting PM: budgets, schedules, and client management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple land development projects from concept through construction.
• Own client relationships and agency/municipal coordination.
• Handle scopes, fees, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead and mentor engineers, EITs, and designers.
• Drive permitting, QA/QC, and support BD.

I’m partnering with one of the fastest-growing land development firms in Texas. They’re expanding into new markets and hiring at every level, and this PM seat is a key hire for their Austin team.
