Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering required.
• VA PE preferred or ability to obtain one.
• 8–10 years of progressive land development design/engineering experience.
• Experience managing staff and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with clients for progress and direction.
• Lead project teams and sub consultants.
• Review engineering documents for QC and standards.
• Lead community outreach and liaise with clients.
