Job summary

RK&K is seeking a Land Development Project Manager for our Richmond, VA office. Lead land development projects, manage teams, and coordinate with clients in the Richmond metro and Central Virginia.

Eligible for relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus; annual bonus program available. Essential functions include project scope, budget and schedule control, client communication, engineering direction, and staff leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer registration preferred (VA PE or ability to obtain).
• Minimum eight years of progressive land development design/engineering in public and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM of project/major task assignments including scope, budget, schedule.
• Coordinate with clients to discuss progress and direction.
