Job summary

RK&K is seeking a motivated Land Development Project Manager to join our Richmond, VA office. Lead land and site development projects, manage scope, budget, and schedule, and direct project teams. Eligible for relocation assistance and sign-on bonus; annual bonus program also available.

Responsibilities include client coordination, engineering direction, and plan approvals. Requires BS in Civil Eng and VA PE or ability to obtain. Hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
• Ability to obtain VA PE or PE licensure preferred.
• Experience with land development design and engineering for public/private sectors.
• Experience managing staff and interfacing with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage land and site development projects across the Richmond metro area.
• Coordinate with clients to discuss progress and obtain direction.
• Lead project teams and sub consultants to deliver plans on time.
• Review engineering documents to meet quality standards and care.
• Lead community outreach and liaise with clients during projects.
• Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and plan approvals.
