Job summary

LJA is actively seeking a Group Manager in Land Development in Raleigh, NC. You will coordinate and direct major engineering projects while guiding a diverse team of professionals. This role emphasizes client engagement, technical leadership, and strategic development of the Land Development practice.

You will lead due diligence, manage client relations, and represent LJA at industry events. A PE license and civil engineering background are required, with a strong track record in local land

Qualifications

• Land development experience in the local market.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development due diligence and entitlement activities for large masterplanned communities.
• Grow and develop LJA Land Development presence in the market as Brand Ambassador.
• Meet with clients in the development community for business development.
• Attend functions outside normal hours to represent LJA at events and seminars.
• Provide technical advice and act as subject matter expert.
• Apply collaborative delivery methodologies to clients and teams.
• Create, maintain, and improve internal processes for delivering projects.
