The role encompasses concept through construction, budgeting, schedule management, permitting and client coordination with strong emphasis on technical delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Indiana Professional Engineer license, or ability to obtain one.
• Previous land or site development experience is required.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater management.

Responsibilities

• Manage land and site development projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate grading, drainage, utility and site design.
• Lead engineers, designers and supporting technical staff.
• Communicate with clients, municipalities and external consultants.
• Manage permitting and agency coordination.
• Review engineering plans, calculations and reports.
• Support proposals, client development and future project opportunities.
