Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of site/civil engineering experience with land development focus.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Experience designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and permitting for residential, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects.
• Develop growth plans with office leadership and manage staff utilization.
• Participate in business development and client relationship management.
