Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development projects.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate grading, drainage, paving and utility design.
• Lead and mentor civil engineers and designers.
• Manage client communication and project expectations.
• Liaise with municipalities, review agencies and external consultants.
• Review plans, reports, calculations and construction documents.
• Assist with proposals, client development and business development activities.
