Job summary

Alexander Associates is recruiting a Land Development Project Manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth area to lead a diverse portfolio of development projects within an established civil engineering team.

You will oversee from concept to construction, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate grading, drainage, paving, and utilities while mentoring engineers and designers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in land or site development preferred.
• Knowledge of development standards and approval processes.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects and project teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development projects.
• Oversee projects from initial concept and entitlement through final construction.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and client expectations.
• Coordinate grading, drainage, paving and utility design.

Job description

Alexander Associates are working with a growing civil engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Land Development Project Manager within the Dallas-Fort Worth market.

This position will offer the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of development projects while supporting an established team of civil engineers and designers.

Salary: $120,000-$165,000, depending on experience Job Specifications:

• Manage commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development projects

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Texas Professional Engineer license preferred
• Previous land or site development experience
• Experience managing civil engineering projects and project teams
• Knowledge of local development standards and approval processes
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
