Job summary
Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead project teams in land development for commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
You will oversee design, budgeting, quality control, and client interfacing from concept through construction, mentoring junior engineers and guiding projects through regulatory processes to successful openings.
Qualifications
- Experience leading civil engineering projects and teams.
- Ability to review technical deliverables and ensure quality.
- Proposal preparation and project execution management.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional and residential clients.
- Oversee budgeting, quality control, client interfacing, and mentoring junior engineers.
- Review design aspects including site layouts, grading plans, stormwater facilities, water quality BMPs and utilities.
- Interact with clients, contractors, and local government officials through all project phases to completion.
