Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Indiana Professional Engineer license, or ability to obtain one.
• Previous land or site development experience is required.
• Experience managing civil engineering projects.
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities and stormwater management.

Job description

I am working with a respected civil engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Land Development Project Manager to its Indianapolis team.

The position will involve managing a range of commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use development projects throughout Indiana.

Salary: $115,000-$160,000, depending on experience

Job Specifications:

• Manage land and site development projects from concept through construction

Key Requirements:
