Halff has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in Land Development in our Tampa, FL office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects directly, working with team leaders to develop plans, specifications, stormwater management modeling, and construction contract documents for various land development projects, including streets, utilities, and related infrastructure.
• Maintain strong communication with staff, clients, and governmental agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed PE in Florida or ability to obtain licensure within 12 months.
• Minimum of 4 years of land development experience.
• Ability to work independently and make effective decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil3D, SWIMM, ICPR.
