Job Description Summary :
The Project Manager II at Eagle Foods plays an instrumental role in shaping the future of our products by managing the meticulous details of commercialization. Linking our ambitious strategies to real-world execution, this position is at the nexus of ensuring projects are efficiently launched, especially those in collaboration with co-manufacturers. Your duty will be to maintain the pulse on project progression, manage timelines, and be the bridge of communication to both the executive team and cross-functional partners.
Essential Functions:
- Develop detailed project timelines, ensuring that every stage is meticulously planned and that projects remain on schedule.
- Present clear, consolidated project reports to senior management, ensuring they're apprised of progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Translate intricate project details into actionable strategies, optimizing for both efficiency and excellence.
- Lead monthly Project Review meetings with precision and a proactive approach, ensuring projects are on track and obstacles are identified and addressed.
- Operate in a dynamic environment, juggling multiple projects, and ensuring each is given the attention and priority it deserves.
- Maintain complete transparency regarding critical project tasks, ensuring stakeholders are always informed and in alignment.
- Elevate project concerns proactively, ensuring potential pitfalls are identified early and mitigated effectively.
- Analyze past projects to identify and implement solutions that enhance current and future project outcomes.
- Champion the incorporation of parallel workstreams whenever possible, to expedite projects and reduce overall timelines.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution
- Develop detailed project timelines, ensuring that every stage is meticulously planned and that projects remain on schedule.
- Identify activities that can be executed in parallel to reduce overall project timelines.
- Oversee and manage project launch initiatives, particularly at co-manufacturing locations.
- Cross-Functional Team Coordination
- Engage with and mobilize cross-functional team members, ensuring timely task completion.
- Facilitate alignment among team members regarding project activities and milestones.
- Communication and Reporting
- Consolidate and articulate project information, providing succinct updates to the executive team.
- Develop comprehensive presentations showcasing category portfolio views and critical path timelines.
- Lead the Project Monthly Review, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project status and upcoming milestones.
- Risk Management
- Anticipate potential issues and devise mitigation plans to navigate and/or resolve them.
- Communicate project hurdles and risks proactively, ensuring that the relevant stakeholders are apprised and engaged in solution identification.
- Documentation and Process Management
- Gather and manage project briefs, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Ensure compliance with both internal and external policies, regulations, and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Team Collaboration
- Champion a positive, "can-do" attitude, fostering a collaborative and forward-moving team environment.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Solid background in project management within the manufacturing sector, with experience in co-manufacturer collaborations being a significant advantage.
- Profound knowledge of modern project management tools and methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in creating compelling presentations, distilling complex information into clear and engaging visual formats.
- A track record of excellence in managing multiple projects, ensuring each meets its objectives and is delivered on time.
- Robust communication skills, coupled with a knack for synthesizing complex information into clear, concise messages.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing tasks and responsibilities of the job.
The employee works in causal laboratory environment. The employee is expected to walk within the plant which requires personal protective equipment to be worn. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Protective Equipment: When in the plant, employees must wear personal protective equipment, as required, which could include an assigned work uniform, hair and beard net, safety glasses, designated shoes, and ear protection.
