You will mentor team leaders, oversee land development work, and shape strategy to grow the practice and strengthen our presence in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE license.
• 10–15 years of land development engineering experience including project management and technical oversight.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management.
• Strong business development, financial management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and emerging talent, building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Oversee complex land development projects, providing strategic direction and ensuring quality, profitability, and successful project delivery.
• Build and strengthen client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in the market.
• Guide group operations, including workload planning, resource allocation, financial performance, and project priorities.
• Collaborate with division leadership to develop and execute strategies that support long-term growth and the success of our OWNers.
