OWN, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support our Land Development team.

You will coordinate schedules, track progress, manage communications with crews and clients, and help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll lead project coordination, assist with budgeting and invoicing, and partner with project leaders to ensure proposals, contracts, and permitting stay on track.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; project coordination experience in engineering/construction preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project financial processes including invoicing and budgeting.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project coordination, managing schedules, documentation, deliverables, and communication to keep projects running smoothly.
• Oversee project financial administration, including billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, budget tracking, and financial reporting.
• Partner with project leaders to coordinate proposals, contracts, permitting, and other critical project activities.
• Serve as a key point of contact for project teams, clients, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through.
• Identify opportunities for greater efficiency, maintain accurate project information, and mentor other project coordinators as needed.
