Job summary

Hires Group is seeking a Practice Leader - Land Development to drive a growing practice within an award-winning firm. You will lead client relationships, oversee projects from concept through completion, and guide strategic growth for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license required or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, client-relations, and project-oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the land development practice from concept to completion.
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and represent the practice with integrity.
• Provide strategic leadership, including vision, business planning, and growth goals for the team.
• Lead, manage, and grow engineers and project managers.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution for quality and profitability.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, contractors, and local agencies.
