Civil Science is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Land Development team in Utah. You will manage projects from concept to construction, mentor staff, and strengthen client relationships while ensuring high-quality public works outcomes.

With a PE license and 5–10+ years in land development, you will drive project success, oversee budgets and schedules, and contribute to business development. Enjoy employee ownership and growth opportunities in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license required; licensed engineer preferred.
• 5–10+ years of land development experience and strong client leadership desired.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are expected.

Responsabilités

• Manage land development projects from concept through construction.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project performance.
• Perform and review civil design using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build strong relationships.
• Mentor team members and support business development efforts.
