OWN, Inc. is seeking a Land Development Civil Engineering Group Leader to guide a talented team, build strong client relationships, and shape the future of land development in the communities we serve.

You will mentor Team Leaders, oversee complex land development projects, and identify opportunities to grow our business and strengthen our market presence. If you are a strategic leader who enjoys developing people and delivering great projects, this role is for you.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10–15 years of land development engineering experience, with project management and technical oversight.

We're looking for a Land Development Civil Engineering Group Leader to lead a talented team, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of land development in the communities we serve.

What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10–15 years of experience in land development engineering, including project management and technical oversight.
• Proven experience leading teams, developing talent, and managing client relationships.
• Strong business development, financial management, and communication skills with a passion for building teams and growing business.
