Job summary

RETTEW is seeking an experienced Land Development Project Manager and licensed PE to lead our Planning & Design practice as Land Development Engineering Team Lead. You will guide and develop PMs and technical staff, strengthening project and financial performance while expanding RETTEW's Land Development practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure with PA reciprocity or eligibility.
• Proven experience managing land development projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of land development engineering and delivery.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing professionals in a project or team setting.
• Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Project Managers and technical staff for development and performance.
• Provide leadership and technical oversight for complex land development projects to meet quality, schedule, and budget.
• Serve as a resource for project strategy, client engagement, and delivery decisions.
• Coordinate workload, staffing, and resource allocation across offices and disciplines.
• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, workload, and operational metrics with PM input.
