Job summary

RETTEW seeks a Regional Director to lead a large, multidisciplinary Planning & Design team across Region 1 in southeastern Pennsylvania. This senior leader will drive performance, growth, and client service while modeling RETTEW's core values.

Reporting to the VP of Planning & Design, you will shape regional priorities, manage employee development, and oversee regional execution, client relationships, and project delivery across Land Development, Municipal, Survey/GIS, and Transportation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years in Land Development, Municipal, Survey/GIS or Transportation.
Proven ability to lead managers and teams, with talent development.
Strong business-development experience with client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead regional Planning & Design business across Land Development, Municipal, Survey/GIS, and Transportation.
Coach and develop direct reports and emerging leaders; set expectations and provide feedback.
Develop regional growth and client-relations plans; expand services with existing clients.
Own regional financials, budgets, backlog, utilization, and performance metrics.
