Job summary

GreenbergFarrow (GF) is seeking a Due Diligence Coordinator to lead and coordinate all due diligence activities for commercial land development projects from site identification through entitlement and into pre-construction.

This role serves as the central point of integration among ownership, internal design teams, and third‑party consultants, ensuring risks are identified early and schedules reflect findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial land development or entitlement experience.
• Experience managing consultants and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site feasibility and regulatory research.
• Coordinate boundary/topographic surveys and geotechnical investigations.
• Procure and manage third‑party consultants (geotechnical, environmental, traffic, survey, utility).
• Prepare comprehensive Due Diligence Reports and executive memorandums.
• Develop and monitor entitlement budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and leadership to translate findings into design criteria.
