Job summary

Greenbergfarrow is seeking a Development Manager to lead the full civil land development lifecycle for multiple commercial projects. You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, and regulatory approvals, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a strong background in land development and civil engineering coordination across complex multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial land development.
• Experience leading cross functional teams across internal and external roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full commercial land development lifecycle from feasibility to entitlement and permitting.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and consultant performance; provide regular progress updates.
• Mentor and develop Development Services staff and assist in recruitment and onboarding.
