Job summary

GreenbergFarrow (GF) is seeking a Development Manager to lead the full land development lifecycle for multiple commercial projects. The role spans from site evaluation through entitlement and permitting to construction readiness, serving as the primary client-facing Development Services contact.

You will lead teams of engineers, architects, and specialists, manage schedules and budgets, and drive risk mitigation while aligning with client objectives and GF standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Planning or related degree.
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial land development.
• Experience managing land development for multi-site programs or large projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in all phases of the land development life cycle.
• Experience representing the client with multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full commercial land development lifecycle for multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and entitlement timelines.
• Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and manage jurisdictional approvals and regulatory processes.
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and consultants.
