Job summary

GF is seeking a Development Services - Due Diligence Coordinator (Architecture) to lead and coordinate all due diligence activities for commercial land development projects from site identification through entitlement and into pre-construction.

This role acts as the central point of integration among ownership, internal design teams, and third-party consultants to identify risks, understand regulatory requirements, document development constraints, and reflect findings in schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or related field required.
  • Experience with coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants is desirable.
  • Familiarity with entitlements, zoning regulations, and site feasibility analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate due diligence activities from site identification through entitlement and pre-construction.
  • Lead site feasibility and regulatory research including zoning, comprehensive plans, and development codes.
  • Manage consultant scopes, budgets, and schedules; ensure on-time deliverables.
