Job summary

Greenbergfarrow in Newport Beach, CA seeks a Due Diligence Coordinator to lead and coordinate all due diligence activities for commercial land development from site identification through entitlement and into pre-construction.

You will work with ownership/development reps, internal design teams, and third-party consultants to identify risks, document constraints, and support schedules and budgets; a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' entitlement experience required.

Qualifications

• Zoning regulations and entitlement processes knowledge
• Regulatory research across local, state, and federal levels
• Understanding of building codes and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project

Responsibilities

• Lead site feasibility and regulatory research for entitlement planning.
• Coordinate site assessments, utility investigations, and consultant management.
• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports with findings and mitigation strategies.
• Manage project schedules and budgets reflecting due diligence outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design teams and stakeholders.
