Core States Group in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Civil Engineering Designer to contribute to land development projects. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with teams to deliver designs and documents using Civil 3D and MS Office.

The role emphasizes client service, regulatory coordination, and accurate engineering calculations, with potential for overtime and a compensatory annual range around $76k–$98k when annualized.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for site development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid Philadelphia office.

Responsabilidades

• Apply civil engineering concepts to develop solutions to project challenges.
• Prepare construction plans, cost estimates, reports, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permit applications.
• Prepare grading plans, profiles, road design, and details using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Research regulatory requirements and design standards.
• Perform detailed calculations for storm water facilities, utility systems, and roadway improvements.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and project presentation materials.
• Assist project engineers in completing projects on time and within budgets.
• Attend project meetings.
