Job summary

You will coordinate with clients, review agencies, and sub-consultants, produce AutoCAD Civil 3D designs, grading, roadways, and stormwater calculations, and manage budgets and schedules across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license is required for the project engineering role.
• Minimum 5 years of site development design experience.
• EIT certification is beneficial for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction plans, feasibility reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with review agencies, clients, and sub-consultants for permits.
• Develop grading plans, roadways, and alignments using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations for stormwater, drainage, and utilities.
• Collaborate with drafters, designers, and staff to meet schedules and budgets.
• Prepare site development plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sites.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and billing reports.
• Support client management activities and maintain relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
